Our linings are guaranteed for 20 years, inparticular our Interline 984 system by Akzo Nobel. This lining has an 800 micron film thickness system, consisting of 2 coats of phenolic epoxy.

We carry out cleaning and removal of contaminated fuel, abrasive blasting, masking, and application of the lining. We offer solvent free epoxy systems to protect steel from corrosion. All of our systems are applied under strict application guidelines and are finished with a high voltage spark test to check for holidays.

Our Interline 984 epoxy lining is approved for use in the bulk storage of aviation fuel.

All fuels end up with water indide the storage tank, and in all cases the water goes to the base with the fuel remaining on top. Therefore protecting the steel from corrosion from water is vital.

Our linings act as a chemical resistant plastic barrier preventing corrosion. For severly pitted steel, or steel that has corrosion holes, we recommend our reinforced epoxy lining, or a glass reinforced plastic lining.
